Financial Unit
The Finance Unit is responsible for managing the financial affairs of the ministry including processing payment claims and managing the operating budget. The Finance Unit carries out the following functions:
Function
- Budget estimate (Supplies)
- Procurement of office equipment and services
- Monitor and manage allocation/amendment warrants
- Payment of staff salaries
- Income tax
- EPF
- Implementation of financial and accounting procedures in accordance with State Treasury instructions
