Administration and Finance Division
In addition to being responsible for coordinating support and logistics services as well as general administration, the Administration Division is also responsible for the following matters:
Function
- Implementing strategic human resource programs
- Monitor vehicle usage and maintenance and check POL and eMove books.
- Manage the purchase of stationery/office equipment and maintenance of offices, buildings, machines and office equipment.
- Checking and signing air travel warrants.
- Manage government purchase orders.
- Manage the preparation of annual budget estimates for supplies.

Serve as Secretariat for the following committees:
- Ministry Procurement Quotation/Tender Committee
- Management of State Legislative Assembly Affairs
- Post-Cabinet Meeting
- Ministry Asset Management Committee
- Carrying out the duties of Human Resources Manager to ministry staff
- Carry out the duties of the department records officer (PRJ) and monitor the implementation of the Ministry's records management
- Monitor the management of the ministry's stores
